Little Medical School

The Little Medical School brings medicine, science, and the importance

of health to children in a fun and entertaining way. Through interactive demonstrations, crafts, and
games, kids learn how the body and organs work, how to use doctors’ instruments, and even how to
administer first aid. At Little Medical School, students will assume the role of a doctor and learn how the body and organs work, how to use medical instruments, and even tie knots like a real surgeon. Students will use real medical instruments (stethoscope, reflex hammer, and blood pressure cuff) and practice scrubbing and suturing.

Section II: Basic first aid, prescribing medications & exploring key organs. These
future doctors will learn about prescriptions, explore the brain and spine, and learn about
vital bodily functions through hands-on activities and role-play. Students will build a first
aid kit and create models of the brain and spine.
