Ocean Explorers Camp at Hartford Day School

Little Medical School / DMV / Baltimore Area / Harford Day School -
Summer 2025

Journey to become a marine
biologist! This program offers a
dynamic, hands-on introduction
to marine biology. Participants will
conduct ocean experiments, adopt
a plush sea turtle, and partake in
a collaborative rescue and release
of a Leatherback sea turtle. Along
their journey, they’ll uncover
the mysteries of ocean layers,
vertebrates vs. invertebrates,
water pressure, and more! They’ll
also explore marine mammals,
ocean animal babies, and ocean
predators. This engaging program
culminates in their graduation
as Little Marine Biologists,
empowering them to protect our
oceans!
