About Little Medical School

Little Medical School is about engaging students ages 4-14 in an inspirational journey which not only allows them to “look” like a healthcare professional, but to use real tools like real doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and veterinarians use. And they perform unique activities that are carefully designed by our educational staff that mimic what real healthcare professionals do.

LMS Classroom - Little Doctor Camp
Little Medical School Classroom

Inspired learning today - healthy futures tomorrow! Camp participants will roleplay the key responsibilities of a doctor and learn about vital organs in the human body. These future doctors will learn how to use a stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, and reflex hammer. They will practice administering first aid, learn how pharmacists play a role in administering medications, and more!

Madison - Little Vet Dog School Camp
Madison Rose Lane Elementary

Become a paw-some veterinarian! Camp participants will role-play the key responsibilities of a veterinarian and learn how to care for a dog. These future veterinarians will explore digestion, the different parts of the canine eye, animal body language and how X-rays are used to diagnose and treat common illnesses. Students will understand proper animal nutrition and hydration, suture lacerations, and more!

North Valley - Little Vet Cat School Camp
North Valley Christian Academy

Students will role-play the key responsibilities of a veterinarian and perform a whiskers-to-tail exam on their newly “adopted” plush cat. These future veterinarians will learn about animal body language, maintaining a healthy environment such as proper litterbox placement, create a cat toy, design a vet clinic, and much more!

After “adopting” their very own plush puppy, students will role-play the key responsibilities of a veterinarian, including how to properly perform a nose-to-tail exam. These future veterinarians will learn how to sew stitches, remove ticks, make healthy treats, and vaccinate their dogs.

Little Medical School Classroom

At Little Veterinarian School, kids will take on the role of a veterinarian and learn how to perform a nose-to-tail exam, the importance of proper pet nutrition, perform a tick check, and more. We begin all Little Veterinarian School programs with a white coat ceremony and end with a graduation ceremony. Participants will get to adopt and take home a dog AND a cat plush!
